These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KRM INFO TECH website and engagement of our professional services. By using our site or commissioning work, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
KRM INFO TECH provides digital services including but not limited to website design and development, ecommerce, custom software, CRM and billing solutions, digital marketing, cloud hosting, and related consulting. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in proposals or statements of work agreed in writing.
2. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, projects typically follow milestone billing (for example deposit, design approval, and launch). Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause work. Package prices on the website are indicative and may change; final pricing is confirmed in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership or license rights to final deliverables as specified in your agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
4. Liability
We strive for high-quality delivery but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms, hosting providers, or client-managed systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed. Materials delivered and paid for remain subject to the IP terms above. Access to staging environments or temporary credentials may be revoked.
